Modern farmhouse reno is DONE!! It truly is hard to believe this is the same kitchen/dining space. Thank you @cesarcustomrenovations for making this vision happen. It was an absolute JOY working with the Kelly family on this project. They had fallen in love with the neighborhood and this house was the perfect size for their family BUT ….not their style. @theadmiredhome incorporated elements of Old Chicago brick, reclaimed lumber, and white/ black cabinetry, lighting, and white walls to add character and give the Kelly’s the look they were going for. We are absolutely obsessed with the #hinkleylighting in the dining and kitchen- that matte black and brass finish gave a modern touch to the space. Now the Kelly’s have a home that finally feels like theirs.
